- Workers' relationship to unions
- How many hours supposed to/do work a week
- Family size
- Transportation expense/method?
- Food expenses
- Previous/additional current jobs
- Where they live
- Pay diffs between head chefs, other workers, etc.
- Wage at this Starbucks vs. Other Starbucks

ReplyDeleteDid the research bring to light the difference between skilled and unskilled labor pay at NU? What is the pay and benefits difference between unskilled labor at a profit organization vs a non-profit organization? What is the pay and benefits difference between skilled labor at a profit organization vs a non-profit organization? If you are trying to increase pay and benefits for unskilled labor at NU and it increases to the same level as skilled labor at NU will you ask for skilled laborers to be payed more?
